Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Espresso coffee cooled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons shredded dried coconut

Method
 

  1. Start by brewing your espresso. Measure out 60 ml of hot espresso and set it aside to cool.
  2. Peel your ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
  3. In your blender, combine the cooled espresso, banana pieces, coconut milk, and ice cubes. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Once your mixture is smooth, add the shredded dried coconut. Blend for just a few seconds to incorporate it without breaking it down completely.
  5. Pour your Vegan Coffee Milkshake into a serving glass and garnish with shredded coconut or a drizzle of coconut milk if desired.
