Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt plain varieties without added sugars
  • 1/2 tsp real vanilla extract pure for best flavor
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional for thickness

Method
 

  1. Gather all the ingredients and set them out on your countertop for easy access.
  2. Add the low-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, frozen banana, light coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds or until smooth. Adjust thickness with more coconut milk if necessary.
  4. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness with honey or more frozen banana if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Garnish with cinnamon or banana slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a nutty flavor, substitute light coconut milk with unsweetened almond milk.
  • Add chia seeds for extra fiber and omega-3s.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
