- Gather all the ingredients and set them out on your countertop for easy access.
- Add the low-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, frozen banana, light coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds or until smooth. Adjust thickness with more coconut milk if necessary.
- Taste the shake and adjust sweetness with honey or more frozen banana if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy! Garnish with cinnamon or banana slices if desired.
