  • 2 slices Havarti cheese
  • 3 tablespoons basil pesto sauce
  • 3 slices turkey deli meat
  • 1/4 avocado sliced

Instructions
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Slice the avocado and have your turkey and cheese ready.
  2. Take your gluten-free bread and use the spreading knife to generously spread about 1.5 tablespoons of basil pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On one slice of bread, layer 2 slices of Havarti cheese followed by the turkey deli meat. Add the sliced avocado on top of the turkey.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top, pesto side down, to complete your sandwich.
  5. If you prefer a warm sandwich, you can toast it in a pan or a sandwich press until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
