- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Slice the avocado and have your turkey and cheese ready.
- Take your gluten-free bread and use the spreading knife to generously spread about 1.5 tablespoons of basil pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer 2 slices of Havarti cheese followed by the turkey deli meat. Add the sliced avocado on top of the turkey.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, pesto side down, to complete your sandwich.
- If you prefer a warm sandwich, you can toast it in a pan or a sandwich press until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the sandwich in half, serve it on a plate, and enjoy your Turkey Pesto Avocado Sandwich!
