Cooking Instructions:
- Start by cutting the turkey breast tenderloins into 1" cubes.
- Set up your breading station with three bowls: in the first, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; in the second, beat the eggs; in the third, combine panko and Old Bay seasoning.
- In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge turkey pieces in the flour mixture, dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with the panko mixture.
- Fry the nuggets in hot oil, about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F or 74°C internal temperature).
- Remove cooked nuggets with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
