Ingredients
  

For the Pizza:
  • 1 French loaf sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced or pureed
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves
  • 3/4 cup store-bought pizza sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 40 pieces mini pepperoni

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the sliced French loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the garlic butter mixture over each slice.
  4. Toast the garlic bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  5. Remove the toasted garlic bread and spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each slice.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce on each slice, then add mini pepperoni on top.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a minute before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Feel free to use plant-based butter and cheese for a vegan version.
