Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir until well mixed.
- Place the sliced French loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the garlic butter mixture over each slice.
- Toast the garlic bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Remove the toasted garlic bread and spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each slice.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce on each slice, then add mini pepperoni on top.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a minute before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
