Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
If the tortillas are too stiff, microwave them for about 10 seconds to soften.
Lightly brush or spray each tortilla with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Optionally, sprinkle chili powder on each.
Drape tortillas over the edges of two inverted muffin tins to form the shell shape.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from muffin tins and let cool for a few minutes before filling with your favorite toppings.
