  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil adds a lovely creaminess
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries, chopped for a burst of antioxidants
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped adds a sweet-tart flavor
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped for a satisfying crunch

Method

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Sheet - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Chocolate - In a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Mix in Superfoods - Stir in the chopped dried blueberries, cranberries, and almonds, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Spread on the Baking Sheet - Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly, creating a layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Step 5: Chill Until Set - Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours or until the chocolate is firm.
  6. Step 6: Break into Pieces - Once set, remove the chocolate bark from the refrigerator and break it into pieces or cut it into squares with a knife.
