- Step 5: Blend the Mixture. Pulse the mixture a few times until it starts to break down. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Step 6: Incorporate Parmesan Cheese. Add the grated parmesan cheese to the mixture and blend again until incorporated.
- Step 7: Drizzle in Olive Oil. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the pesto reaches your desired consistency.
