Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for that lovely crispy texture.
- Step 2: Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Step 4: Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 6: In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 7: Toss the baked wings in the honey garlic sauce.
- Step 8: Serve on a platter, topped with sesame seeds and green onions, alongside Greek yogurt mixed with adobo sauce.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
- Adjust spice levels with more chili powder or hot sauce.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated in the oven.
- Marinate cauliflower in the egg mixture for extra flavor.
