Ingredients
  

For the Bites:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 22 oz cauliflower florets approximately 6 1/2 cups
  • 3/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.
  5. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and mix it with 3/4 cup of Frank's Hot Sauce in a bowl.
  7. Once the cauliflower is done baking, pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Notes

  • These bites can be served with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven for a crispy texture; avoid microwaving.
