Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and mix it with 3/4 cup of Frank's Hot Sauce in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done baking, pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
