Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (opt for no added sugars)
  • 1 pouch Burt's Bees Healthy Radiance Protein (Chocolate Flavor) (34 grams or 1 heaping scoop)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (142 grams, about 9 cracker sheets)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (44 grams, preferably dark)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (86 grams)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the 2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt with the 1 pouch of Burt's Bees Healthy Radiance Protein (chocolate flavor). Stir well until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. If you’re using whole graham cracker sheets, place them in a resealable plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or the back of a spoon. Aim for a texture that resembles sand for the best crunch in your parfait.
  3. In your clear glasses or bowls, start layering the parfait. Begin with a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom, followed by a layer of graham cracker crumbs, a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips, and a handful of mini marshmallows. Repeat these layers until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with a final layer of yogurt.
  4. Top your parfait with a few extra mini chocolate chips and marshmallows for a beautiful presentation. You can also sprinkle some additional graham cracker crumbs on top for that extra crunch. Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciousness!

Notes

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Assemble the parfait just before serving to maintain the crunchiness of the graham crackers and the fluffiness of the marshmallows.
  • Prepare the yogurt mixture in advance, but layer it with the other ingredients only when ready to eat.
