Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace - Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make it easy to remove the bark once it’s set.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Chocolate - In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 cup of chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Mix in the Goodness - Add the broken graham cracker pieces and half of the mini marshmallows (1/2 cup) to the melted chocolate. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Spread the Mixture - Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Step 5: Top It Off - Sprinkle the remaining mini marshmallows over the top and press them down gently.
  6. Step 6: Chill and Set - Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  7. Step 7: Break and Enjoy - Once set, remove the bark from the fridge and break it into pieces. Serve or store in an airtight container.
