Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. This size is perfect for ensuring they cook evenly and stay juicy.
  2. Step 2: Set Up Your Breading Station - In one bowl, place the lightly whipped egg white. In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and salt to taste. Mix well to ensure even seasoning.
  3. Step 3: Coat the Chicken - Dip each cube of chicken into the egg white, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, transfer it to the panko mixture, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs stick well. Repeat this process until all the chicken pieces are coated.
