  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter for sautéing
For the Roll-Ups:
  • 8 oz Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 links cooked sausage choose your favorite variety
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese adds creaminess
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent rolls on a clean surface, forming 8 triangles. Place one sausage link and a slice of cheese at the wide end of each triangle, followed by a spoonful of scrambled eggs. Roll them up tightly from the wide end.
  3. Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm to enjoy the melted cheese.

  • Prep the roll-ups the night before and bake fresh in the morning.
