Stepwise Method
- Start by patting the thinly sliced chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with sea salt and pepper, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg. In a separate shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and all-purpose flour. Mix well.
- Dip each chicken breast first into the egg mixture, then dredge it in the Parmesan cheese and flour mixture, pressing gently.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and avocado oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add the coated chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
