Start by rinsing the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed jasmine rice, coconut milk, coconut water, sugar, and salt. Stir gently to mix.
Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
Turn off the heat and let the rice sit covered for an additional 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
