  • 1/2 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter
  • melted white and dark chocolate chips for drizzling
  • chopped peanuts for added crunch
  • shredded coconut for a tropical twist
  • mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness
  • other add-ins of choice

Method
 

  1. Start by lining your 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. This will make it easy to lift your Peanut Butter Fudge Bars out once they are set. Leave some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Once melted, pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom, ensuring that it reaches all corners of the dish.
  4. If you’d like to add any optional toppings, now is the time! Drizzle melted white and dark chocolate chips over the top, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips as desired.
  5. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and allow the bars to set for at least 2 hours. This will help them firm up nicely, making them easier to cut.
  6. Once set, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles, and enjoy your delicious Peanut Butter Fudge Bars!
