  • 1 cup coconut flour sifted
  • 2 cups protein powder (flavored)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (optional)
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sifted coconut flour and protein powder. Stir well to combine and ensure there are no lumps.
  3. Step 3: Add the milk of choice and almond butter (if using) to the dry mixture. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips, if using.
  5. Step 5: Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.

Notes

  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks for longer freshness.
  • Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 3 months.
