  • 2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&M Candies

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Old Fashioned Oats and a pinch of salt. Stir them together to ensure even distribution.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the oats. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Once the mixture is thoroughly combined, fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini M&M candies.
  5. Using your hands, scoop out a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat this process until all the mixture is formed into balls.
  6. Place the cookie balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.

  • These cookie balls freeze well; just thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
