Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sweetener of choice honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch or 5 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 9-inch pie crust of choice graham cracker, Oreo, or gluten-free

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust: If using a pre-made pie crust, set it aside. If making your own, crush cookies or crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into the pie dish and chill.
  2. Mix the cream cheese: Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the yogurt and sweetener: Mix in the yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
  4. Incorporate the thickener: Gradually mix in the cornstarch or almond flour until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust: Carefully pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
