Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam or fruit spread
  • 4 apples any variety you prefer
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice optional
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted, salted peanuts

Method
 

  1. Start by washing your apples under cold water. Pat them dry and then slice them into thin wedges. Arrange the apple slices on a large serving platter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of strawberry jam or fruit spread with the optional 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. This will give the jam a thinner consistency.
  4. Drizzle the yogurt mixture generously over the apple slices, ensuring each piece gets a good coating. Next, drizzle the strawberry jam mixture over the top.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries over the nachos, followed by 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/4 cup of chopped roasted, salted peanuts.

Notes

  • To prevent apples from browning, dip them in a mixture of water and lemon juice.
  • Use less pineapple juice if your strawberry jam is too runny.
  • Assemble the nachos right before serving for the best texture.
