Make Mini Smores Tarts:
- Step 1: Prepare the Fillo Shells - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the frozen mini fillo shells on a baking sheet and bake them for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
- Step 2: Make the Chocolate Ganache - Place the chopped semi-sweet chocolate in a mixing bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over medium heat until just simmering. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute to melt the chocolate. Then, whisk until smooth and glossy.
- Step 3: Assemble the Tarts - Fill each fillo shell with the chocolate ganache.
- Step 4: Top with Marshmallows - After filling the shells, top each tart with a few mini marshmallows.
- Step 5: Toast the Marshmallows - Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows until golden brown. Alternatively, place the tarts under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
- Step 6: Garnish and Serve - Sprinkle graham cracker shards over the top and serve warm or at room temperature.
