Step 4: Shape the mixture into mini loaves in a greased loaf pan or muffin tin.
Step 5: Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Step 6: Brush the tops with pineapple BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Step 7: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining sauce on top.
