Ingredients
  

For the Mini Magic Bar Pies:
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark
  • 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts pecans, walnuts, or almonds
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust and fit it into your pie dish. Trim any excess dough.
  3. Layer the ingredients: start with butterscotch chips, followed by chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  6. Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing into small squares or wedges.

Notes

  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before serving for added flavor.
