Preparation Steps:
- Gather all your ingredients. Shred the rotisserie chicken if not already done, chop sun-dried tomatoes, and crumble feta cheese.
- Lay the spinach tortilla wrap flat on a cutting board. Spread Laughing Cow cheese evenly over the wrap, leaving space at the edges.
- Dollop basil pesto onto the cheese layer and spread it out evenly.
- Layer the spring mix lettuce, shredded rotisserie chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Starting from one end, roll the tortilla wrap away from you, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
