Ingredients
  

For the Wrap:
  • 1 tortilla wrap spinach wrap
  • 1 piece Laughing Cow cheese creamy flavor adds richness
  • 1/2 cup spring mix lettuce blend or baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken for a quick protein boost
  • 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in oil for a burst of flavor
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto preferably Rana's for fresh taste
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese adds salty tang

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Shred the rotisserie chicken if not already done, chop sun-dried tomatoes, and crumble feta cheese.
  2. Lay the spinach tortilla wrap flat on a cutting board. Spread Laughing Cow cheese evenly over the wrap, leaving space at the edges.
  3. Dollop basil pesto onto the cheese layer and spread it out evenly.
  4. Layer the spring mix lettuce, shredded rotisserie chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla wrap away from you, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute cheese with vegan cream cheese and chicken with chickpeas.
  • Add sliced cucumbers or bell peppers for extra crunch.
  • Wraps can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
