  • 1 batch Pizza Dough use fail-proof recipe
For the Toppings:
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts marinated and chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato diced fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions sliced

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dough. Start by making your fail-proof pizza dough. Follow the instructions carefully, and once it’s ready, divide the dough in half. Set one half aside for the Cheesy Garlic Bread.
  2. Step 2: Preheat the Oven. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  3. Step 3: Roll Out the Dough. On a floured surface, roll out the remaining half of the dough into your desired shape. Aim for about ¼ inch thickness for a nice balance between crispy and chewy.
  4. Step 4: Prepare the Toppings. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with the melted salted butter. This will be brushed over the crust for added flavor.
  5. Step 5: Assemble the Pizza. Spread the garlic butter mixture over the rolled-out dough. Next, sprinkle an even layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Then layer on the green olives, black olives, artichoke hearts, diced tomato, and sliced green onions.
  6. Step 6: Bake the Pizza. Place the assembled pizza onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
