Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat honey vanilla or vanilla yogurt divided
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola

  • Glass or parfait cup
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Begin by washing your fresh strawberries and blueberries. Chop the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Take a glass or parfait cup and add half of the low-fat honey vanilla or vanilla yogurt to the bottom.
  3. Next, layer half of the chopped strawberries and half of the fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add the remaining yogurt on top of the fruit layer. Follow this with the rest of the strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the granola on top of your parfait.
