  • 1 box Macaroni and Cheese 5.5-ounce box of Kraft or homemade, well chilled
For the Breading:
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour for dredging
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs seasoned or unseasoned
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for drizzling

Instructions
  1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to package instructions or your homemade recipe, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Shape the chilled macaroni and cheese into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), drizzle the balls with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
