LSGP- Jack In the Box Tacos!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 pound ground turkey
  • 1 packet McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Corn tortillas
  • Weight Watchers cheese singles
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage

  • Taco holder

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until it’s browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Use your spatula to break it into small pieces while it cooks.
  2. Once the turkey is cooked, sprinkle the McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning Mix over the meat. Stir well to combine, ensuring that the turkey is evenly coated. Add a splash of water if needed to help the seasoning adhere. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable. Alternatively, you can wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave them for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the seasoned turkey mixture onto each corn tortilla. Top with a slice of Weight Watchers cheese singles and a handful of shredded lettuce or cabbage.
  5. Serve your LSGP- Jack In the Box Tacos! immediately while they’re warm. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauces or side dishes like Mexican Bean Dip for an extra treat!

Notes

  • Store leftover filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap to keep them fresh.
