  • 3 tablespoons oat fiber
  • 0.75 cup whey protein powder unflavored
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt fine grind
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 large eggs for binding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for sweetness
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Waffle Iron - Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
