  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 1 cup frozen coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup almond, coconut, or cow's milk (your milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife and cutting board

Method

Instructions
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Peel the navel oranges and prepare them for blending. Set aside the chia seeds and bee pollen if using.
  2. In your blender, combine the frozen pitaya pack, frozen raspberries, frozen cherries, and coconut water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. For the next layer, add the frozen coconut meat, freshly squeezed orange juice, almond/coconut/cow's milk, freshly grated orange zest, and vanilla extract into the blender. Blend until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl or blender, combine the fresh baby spinach, rolled oats, almond butter, and hemp hearts. Blend until smooth.
  5. Grab your glass or mason jar and start layering. Begin with the pink layer at the bottom, followed by the orange layer, and finally the green layer. Sprinkle some bee pollen on top if desired.
  6. Grab a straw or a spoon, and dig in!
