- Step 1: Prepare the Dough - In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well to ensure all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed. Then add the vegetable oil and water. Stir until the mixture forms a rough dough.
- Step 2: Knead the Dough - Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5 to 7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough feels too sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour as needed.
- Step 3: Rest the Dough - Place the dough back into the mixing bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Step 4: Preheat the Oven - While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
