Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flax meal
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pea protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Method
 

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure all your ingredients are measured and ready to go.

  4. Fold in the Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Shape the Bombs: Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Place each ball on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill: Place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
