Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a saucepan or kettle. Once boiling, pour the water into a mixing bowl and add the 3 ounces of Jello Strawberry Flavor. Whisk vigorously until the Jello is completely dissolved.
Next, add 1 cup of ice cold water to the dissolved Jello mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Take the 16 ounces of Cool Whip and gently fold it into the Jello mixture. Use a spatula to combine the two, being careful not to deflate the Cool Whip.
Once the Cool Whip is fully incorporated, pour the mixture into the ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust. Spread it evenly across the crust using the spatula.
Cover the pie with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to chill for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is set.
Once the Jello Pie has set, remove it from the refrigerator. Slice it into wedges and serve chilled.
