Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place your salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, squeeze lemon juice, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the remaining lemon into thin rounds and place on top of the salmon.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then serve with your favorite sides.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently in the oven to avoid overcooking.
- Feel free to substitute olive oil with avocado oil or melted coconut oil.
