Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, brown sugar, melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the wings out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush the remaining sauce over the wings and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Let the wings cool for a few minutes before serving them with dipping sauces and celery sticks.
Notes
- Make sure to dry the wings well for extra crispiness.
- Flip the wings halfway through cooking for even results.
