  • 2 tablespoons garlic Minced
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Start by cutting your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. This ensures they cook evenly and absorb the sauce beautifully.
  2. Step 2: Season the Chicken - In a large mixing bowl, combine the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the chicken pieces in the seasoning until they are evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics - In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and the sesame oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Chicken - Increase the heat to medium-high and add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Make the Sauce - In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over it in the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
