Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out for a smooth mixing process.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup ketchup. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour in 2 teaspoons pickle juice and mix again to incorporate.
  4. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Taste your fry sauce and adjust seasonings as necessary.
