Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the 2 medium ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
Add the 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups rolled oats, 2 tablespoons oat flour, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir to blend the dry ingredients well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the 1/3 cup raisins.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
