- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle them with Greek seasoning.
- Step 3: In your baking dish, lay the seasoned chicken breasts flat. Scatter the cherry tomato halves, Kalamata olives, and sliced peperoncini around the chicken.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the chicken and vegetables.
- Step 5: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Step 6: Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
