Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the Gorgonzola mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.
