Start by slicing your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and chili powder.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and pour in the water or chicken stock. Cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
Return the chicken to the skillet, add remaining butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed pepper. Stir to combine.
Drizzle lemon juice over the dish, stir, and taste for seasoning. Adjust if necessary.
