Cooking Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of granulated sugar and mix well.
- Step 4: Add vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour to the cream cheese mixture and mix until incorporated.
- Step 5: Add the well-beaten eggs and mix on low speed until just combined.
- Step 6: Gently fold in the colorful funfetti sprinkles.
- Step 7: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Step 8: Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Step 9: Slice into squares and serve with additional sprinkles if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Feel free to use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- For a different crust, try crushed Oreos or shortbread cookies.
