Ingredients
  

  • 1 container Key Lime yogurt 116 oz
  • 1 small pineapple chopped
  • 1 each cantaloupe chopped
  • 2 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup honey almond granola available in the bulk section at Sprouts

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or residues.
  2. Chop the small pineapple into bite-sized pieces and chop the cantaloupe into cubes.
  3. Halve the green grapes for easier eating and better flavor mingling.
  4. Remove the stems from the strawberries and chop them into quarters. Rinse the blueberries.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, cantaloupe, halved grapes, chopped strawberries, and blueberries. Mix gently.
  6. Spoon the Key Lime yogurt over the mixed fruits and gently fold it in.
  7. Sprinkle the honey almond granola on top of the fruit salad.
  8. Serve your Fruit Salad with Yogurt immediately or store it for later.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Keep granola separate until serving to maintain crunch.
  • For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt.
