  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup green kale chopped, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk (almond or soy will work)

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Start by peeling and seeding the avocado. Cut the honeydew melon into cubes. Peel the kiwi and make sure your banana is frozen for that creamy texture.
  2. Step 2: Blend It All Together - In your high-speed blender, add the avocado, honeydew melon, frozen banana, peeled kiwi, baby spinach, and chopped kale. Pour in the low-fat milk of your choice.
  3. Step 3: Blend Until Smooth - Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Step 4: Taste and Adjust - Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary. You can add a dash of honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
