Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 10 pieces regular Oreos roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar lightly packed
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat-Treat the Flour - Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Step 2: Cream the Butter and Sugar - In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Step 3: Add the Wet Ingredients - Mix in half-and-half and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Incorporate the Flour - Gradually add heat-treated flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Fold in the Oreos - Gently fold chopped Oreos into the dough.
  6. Step 6: Chill and Serve - Chill dough for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
