In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped scallions, fresh dill, parsley, and crumbled feta. Stir well.
In another bowl, whisk together the white whole wheat flour and baking powder until well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the fat-free milk, olive oil, salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the spinach mixture until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once baked, allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
