  1. Step 1: Prep the Potatoes - Wash the baby red potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Quarter each potato into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Step 2: Season the Potatoes - In a mixing bowl, combine the quartered potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Air Fry the Potatoes - Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Step 5: Check for Doneness - After 15 minutes, check the potatoes. If needed, continue cooking in 2-3 minute increments.
