Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
  • 1 cup orange marmalade for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce adds a touch of heat
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained, for tanginess
  • White rice for serving

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Cube the Chicken - Cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Combine the Sauce Ingredients - In a bowl, mix together orange marmalade, sweet chili sauce, and drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Step 4: Add to the Crock-Pot - Place the cubed chicken in the Crock-Pot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
  5. Step 5: Cook! - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Serve over white rice and enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop with a splash of water.
  • Freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
