Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
For the Sauce:
  • 10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese sharp cheddar preferred
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley optional, chopped

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Season your chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning on both sides.
  2. Step 2: Cook the Chicken - In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and heat up. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce - In the same skillet, combine cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir until smooth and cheese is melted.
  4. Step 4: Combine Chicken and Sauce - Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Step 5: Add Parsley - If desired, sprinkle parsley over the top and serve immediately.
